About us

Introduction: Inclusive Forum Nepal (IFN) is a non-profit and non-government organization working for Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (LBT) Women in Nepal. It was established in 25 March 2013 with purpose of protecting and promoting the rights of Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Women in Nepal. We are Trans-led organization and identify ourselves as feminist and right-based organization working for the rights of women gender minorities in Nepal. We advocate for the empowerment of sexual and gender minorities in Nepal with recognition and meaningful inclusion in every social and national forum. Our advocacy is also focused on various issues such as same sex marriage, right to health, freedom to live, gender equality, identity, protection and promotion of human rights. We empower our LBT women community with education, awareness, skill and capacity building training for their overall empowerment and socio-economic integration in society.

Vision and Mission:

IFN’s envisions complete assurance of human rights of sexual and gender minority communities based on social security and justice including equality and participation in mainstream socio-economic structures of the state.
