Inclusive Forum Nepal (IFN) is a non-profit and non-government organization working for Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (LBTI) in Nepal. It was established in 25 March 2013 with purpose of protecting and promoting the rights of Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (FTM) in Nepal. We are Trans-led organization and identify ourselves as feminist and right- based organization working for the rights Sexual and gender (SGM) minorities in Nepal. We advocate for the empowerment of sexual and gender minorities in Nepal with recognition and meaningful inclusion in every social and national forum. Our advocacy is also focused on various issues such as same sex marriage, right to health, freedom to live, gender equality, identity, protection and promotion of human rights. We empower our LBTI individual and community with education, awareness, skill and capacity building training for their overall empowerment and socio-economic integration in society.

IFN’s envisions complete assurance of human rights of (SGM) individuals and community based on social security and justice including equality and participation in mainstream socio-economic structures of the state.
Main Objectives Organization:
- Empower LBTI individuals and community in all aspects with education, awareness, and training for their rights and access to socio-economic inclusion in society.
- Protect human rights of LBTI individuals and community by providing legal aid and policy advocacy.
- Strengthen the concept of rule of law & protection mechanism for LBTI individuals and community
- Organize LBTI individuals and community and empower them with leadership & advocacy skills
- To ensure that all LBTI have access to comprehensive SRHR services
- To support mental health and well-being of LBTI individuals community.
